Over Labor Day weekend we went to the Johnson's family cabin in Island Park. With the exception of a dunebuggy rollover and a vomitting child on the drive home, we had a good time. The 4 wheelers were a hit with the boys. They could have ridden them the entire time and been perfectly happy.
I absolutely love this next picture because of the way Skylar is posing. Carter thought he was pretty cool.
I'm pretty sure the guys felt pretty cool too with their gear on.
The last night we had a bonfire and roasted S'mores. Matt won the prize for the best marshmallow roaster in the whole wide world.
Max's favorite thing to do is sit and throw rocks, dirt or sand. It'll keep him busy for hours and hours. I just have to be sure that I only let him do it when there is time for a bath immediatley after he's done. Case in point:
Kendall was in heaven when she got to snuggle with her favorite person... Nate.
We also got to drift down the river in a raft, played lots of games, had good conversation, and spent a few hours in West Yellowstone. Oh, and we also played "cops" on the drive to the cabin and tried to get someone arrested. Great moment. We had a lot of fun, so thanks Paul and Tonii!
Group picture to come...

What a fun trip! I love the picture of Max covered in dirt!
Oh how I love little boys getting dirty. And that little Skylar! Best motorcycle hottie pose in history.
PS - Your comment on my blog was the nicest compliment in history. THANK you Maryann!
